For over 20 years, our Timeless faxing solution helps hospital labs fax results from Sunquest to clinics and other recipients. This saves the lab time and effort that would be spent in faxing the results by hand.
Timeless is compatible with the latest version of Sunquest and uses SSH to connect securely to Sunquest.
Timeless can either use an internal fax card to send faxes or can work with an existing faxing solution such as RightFax.
Whether orders are faxed, scanned, or sent electronically via CPOE, OMS can store those orders electronically so that the pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and nurses can manage and track orders without having to deal with so much paper.
OMS helps pharmacists save time and money by keeping track of the orders that come into the system. Patient information can be associated with data from the hospital's EHR system and automatically through barcode scanning, and users can spend more time filling prescriptions with fewer errors. Pharmacists can either work on all orders or can choose to work on orders from certain units that are grouped together, and they can search for orders by patient, doctor, keyword, and more.

What are Specialty Drugs?
Specialty drugs are administered typically by clinicians, Even when they are self administered by patients, they require supervision and monitoring. Many of the specialty drugs are not approved by insurance companies. When such drugs are prescribed, they require special authorization from insurance companies before a specialty pharmacy would dispense them.
Let us look at three such (expensive) specialty drugs.
Zolgensma is approved to treat spinal muscular atrophy, a rare childhood disorder that causes muscular erosion that can lead to lung infections and muscle weakness. It is a one-time curative therapy, and many children who have been treated with the drug now show no signs of the disease. Zolgensma costs over $2 million.
Zokinvy is a drug that cures Hutchinson-Gilford progeria syndrome, a rare genetic disease that causes premature aging. It is an expensive drug costing over $80,000 a month.
Danyelza is prescribed to patients to treat pediatric and adult patients with neuroblastoma in the bone or bone marrow. Neuroblastoma is a cancer that develops from immature nerve cells.
